The program journey
The project journey is structured through a set of integrated stages, ranging from diagnosis and analysis of national and international innovation ecosystems to the development of methodologies, content and decision-support tools for deep tech entrepreneurs in the energy sector.
Journey Stages
Check out the stages that make up the project journey:
Stage 1
Explore the Environment
Benchmarking in the energy industry
This is the benchmarking stage in national and international innovation ecosystems, focusing on mapping best practices to guide the program journey and preparing a report that will serve as a basis for developing local methodologies.
Stage 1 goals
Initial research
Planning and conducting strategic visits to national and international innovation ecosystems, including environment selection, institutional contact and logistical organization.
Technical visits
Conducting visits to national and international innovation environments, with information recording, partner mapping and collection of institutional materials.
Interviews
Planning interviews with innovation agents, including defining interviewee profiles and objectives, structuring the script, Ethics Committee approval and defining the report model.
Analysis and reports
Organization and analysis of interviews, with data transcription, comparison with initial research and synthesis of findings in a final report.
Stage 2
Understand the Scenario
Brazilian ecosystem diagnosis
The stage involves conducting a diagnosis of the Brazilian oil, gas and energy transition ecosystem, through analysis of its modeling, actors involved, challenges, opportunities and knowledge flows, ensuring a comprehensive view of the scenario.
Stage 2 goals
Database basic project
Definition of variables and data sources, output detailing, infrastructure specification and initial mapping of oil companies' energy transition activities to define the project scope.
Database and indicator construction
Database organization, with automatic updating, information collection, indicator definition and testing of data analysis methods.
Intelligence development
Evaluation of artificial intelligence tool use, development of visualization dashboards and analysis of ecosystem performance and trends, with preparation and automation of the final diagnostic report.
Complementary qualitative study
Mapping of oil, gas and energy transition ecosystems, defining interviewee profiles and research sources, preparing questionnaires by profile and computerized processing of qualitative data.
Stage 3
Prospect and engage talents
Identification and selection methodologies
Through profile mapping, the stage establishes the creation of a methodology for identifying and selecting potential entrepreneurs in the oil, gas and energy transition area, with the objective of inviting them to participate in the project's incubation and training program.
Stage 3 goals
Profile survey
Conducting studies and research on entrepreneurial profile, including literature review, questionnaire adaptation and dissemination, policy and call benchmarking, profile segmentation and scientific article production.
Mapping
Mapping of groups active in oil, gas and energy transition, production of promotional materials, establishment of partnerships and networking strategies to attract potential entrepreneurs.
Selection
Structuring and executing the selection process, with criteria and methodology definition, candidate mobilization, project selection and formalization of adhesion.
Training
Specialized training in oil and gas and energy transition, focusing on developing technical and entrepreneurial skills aligned with sector demands.
Stage 4
Train and connect
Develop and test methodologies
The stage consists of developing content and training methodologies for deep tech entrepreneurs and ecosystems in the oil, gas and energy transition area, based on benchmarking visits and literature review.
Stage 4 goals
Develop entrepreneur training methodology
Analysis of Petrobras operating context, business model improvement, methodology structuring for conducting workshops and defining the initial solution validation journey for Petrobras.
Develop methodologies and best communication practices
Planning and executing project communication and engagement actions, with content production, channel management, press relations, event organization and continuous results evaluation.
Develop methodologies and best partnership practices
Survey of Inova-Unicamp structure and relevant innovation environments, with benchmarking for questionnaire development.
Apply methodology and monitor indicators
Review and monitoring of startups based on the five CERNE-ANPROTEC axes, with activity recording, business evolution assessment and continuous SharePoint updates.
Develop and analyze methodology indicators
Company monitoring through dashboards and reports, activity monitoring, results evaluation and methodology adjustments for continuous improvement.
Stage 5
Validate and measure
Monitoring Petrobras R&D&I entrepreneurial impact
This stage provides for continuous evaluation, monitoring and analysis of Petrobras research, development and innovation (R&D&I) activities, considering different impact dimensions, with tests on real projects for validation and continuous improvement, resulting in a robust tool for strategic decision making.
Stage 5 goals
Multicriteria methodology
Development of evaluation system that considers economic, social and environmental impacts of research, development and innovation collaboration projects.
Specific indicators
Creation of indicators adapted for different portfolios and project natures, with appropriate statistical treatment.
Practical tests
Methodology application in project sample defined jointly with Cenpes team for validation and adjustments.
Stage 6
Contracting journey and resource mapping
Support strategies for entrepreneur and entrepreneurship
Through a systematic review of literature and legislation, the stage aims to identify and analyze strategies for contracting technological solutions in the public and private sectors, focusing on energy deep techs and indicating appropriate contractual models according to technological maturity level.
Stage 6 goals
Recommendations for contractual models for energy deep techs
Document that will indicate the most appropriate contracts for different types of arrangements, such as partnerships, development or IP sharing. Indications will be defined based on the technological solution's maturity level (TRL).
Guides for entrepreneur support for funding prospecting
Production of support materials with clear language, focused on guiding entrepreneurs on how to participate in public calls and understand calls, contracts and proposal submission methods.
Map of resources and opportunities
Development of a platform (Resource Map) that will notify entrepreneurs, in a simplified and unbureaucratic way, about open national and international calls for proposal submission.
